How Much Does a Limo Cost in Kenosha? (2026 Price Guide)

“How much is a limo?” is the first question almost everyone asks us, and the honest answer is: it depends on four things. Once you know what they are, you can get an accurate quote in a couple of minutes and avoid the surprise fees some companies add at the end.

The four things that set the price

1. The vehicle

A sedan or SUV for two to six people costs much less than a stretch limo or a party bus for twenty. Bigger vehicles cost more per hour, but often less per person.

2. Hourly or flat rate

  • Events (weddings, proms, birthdays, nights out) are usually priced by the hour, with a minimum number of hours.
  • Airport rides to O’Hare, Midway or Milwaukee Mitchell are usually a flat price each way.

3. Day and season

Saturdays from May to October are wedding season, and April and May are prom season. Those dates book up first and can carry higher minimums. A Tuesday night costs less than a Saturday in June. New Year’s Eve is the busiest night of the year.

4. What’s included

Ask whether the quote includes the driver’s gratuity, fuel, tolls and any service fee. A low hourly rate can end up costing more once those are added.

Wedding (ceremony, photos, reception) 3 to 6 hours Stretch limo for the wedding party, SUV for the couple’s exit
Prom 4 to 6 hours Party bus or stretch Hummer split among a group
Bachelor or bachelorette night 4 to 6 hours Party bus
Birthday dinner or night out 3 to 4 hours Limo or party bus
Casino trip 5 to 8 hours (round trip with time there) Limo or party bus
Airport ride One way, flat price Cadillac Escalade

How to split the cost with a group

Party buses look expensive until you divide them. A 22-seat party bus for five hours, split among 20 friends, often costs each person about what they’d spend on two rideshares and a cover charge, and nobody has to drive. Get a quote, divide by the headcount, and send everyone their share before the night.

Five ways to save

  1. Book early for prom, wedding and holiday dates.
  2. Choose a weeknight or Sunday if your date is flexible.
  3. Right-size the vehicle. Don’t book the 22-seat bus if 10 people are coming; the 10-seat limo will do.
  4. Plan your route so the driver isn’t waiting for hours between stops.
  5. Ask for the all-in price with gratuity and fees included.

Frequently asked questions

Can we bring drinks?
Ask us about the rules for your trip when you book. For prom and any group with under-21 riders, there’s no alcohol on board, no exceptions.

How far ahead should I book?
For prom and wedding Saturdays, two to three months. For airport rides, a day or two ahead is usually fine, and we can often do same day.
