Kenosha Limo Service is a small, local business. We only collect what we need to quote, book and drive your trip, and we never sell your information. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- What you send us through our quote form, by phone, text or email: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, number of passengers, the type of event, flight details if you share them, and anything you write in your message.
- Booking and payment details, such as what you paid and how. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our site uses a few cookies to keep it fast and secure and to block spam on our forms.
How we use it
- To send you a quote and answer your questions.
- To book, plan and dispatch your ride, and to contact you about it (confirmations, pickup details, changes, chauffeur arrival).
- For invoices, receipts and our own business and tax records.
- To keep passengers, chauffeurs and vehicles safe, and to comply with the law.
We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only:
- with the chauffeur and, when one provides your trip, the trusted partner operator who drives it, and only what they need for the ride;
- with services that help run our business, such as our website host, email and phone providers, and payment processors, who may use it only to provide their service to us;
- when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
Text messages
- If you text us or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote and your ride. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your trip.
- Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. For help, call (262) 217-0009.
- Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements, usually up to 7 years for invoices. Quote requests that never become bookings are deleted after 2 years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Call, text or email us using the details below. We may need to keep some records the law requires.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. For prom, quinceañera and other trips with minors, a parent, guardian or responsible adult makes the booking and gives us the information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (https) website and password-protected accounts. No system is perfect, so please do not send full card numbers by text or email.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
