Kenosha, WI · Since 2017 · Last updated November 6, 2026
These terms explain how booking, payment, cancellations and riding with Kenosha Limo Service work. They are here so there are no surprises on your big day. When you request a quote, book a ride or get into one of our vehicles, you agree to them.
The short version: a deposit holds your date, cancel early and you are covered, no smoking or underage drinking, a cleaning fee applies if the vehicle needs detailing, and we are not responsible for weather or traffic we cannot control. Questions? Call or text (262) 217-0009 any time, 24/7. Hablamos español.
1. Booking and payment
- A reservation is confirmed only after we accept it and receive your deposit or payment. A quote alone does not hold a vehicle or date.
- Airport and point-to-point rides: full payment or a card guarantee is due when you book.
- Hourly charters and events (weddings, proms, quinceañeras, parties, casino trips): a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the quoted total holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Your quote lists what is included: vehicle, hours, pickup and drop-off points, tolls and parking where known. Gratuity is not included unless your quote says so.
- If you give us a card for your booking, you authorize us to charge it for the fare and for any overtime, extra stops you request, cleaning fees or damage described below. We will tell you about any extra charge and why.
- Prices can change for changes you request (more hours, more stops, a larger vehicle, a new pickup time or place).
2. Cancellations and no-shows
Airport and point-to-point rides
- Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the quoted fare.
Hourly charters and events
- The deposit is non-refundable, because we turn away other bookings for your date.
- Cancel more than 14 days before the event and you owe nothing beyond the deposit.
- Cancel 14 days or less before the event and the full quoted amount is due.
- If we can rebook the vehicle for your date, we may, at our option, credit part of your payment toward a future ride.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot provide your ride and cannot arrange a comparable vehicle, you get a full refund of what you paid for that ride. That refund is our full responsibility to you.
Please cancel by phone or text at (262) 217-0009, and wait for our reply so you know we received it.
3. Pickup, waiting and overtime
- Be ready at your pickup time. We allow 15 minutes of free waiting for point-to-point rides; after that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute steps.
- For airport pickups, tell us your flight number and text us when you land. We allow 30 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands (domestic) or 60 minutes (international).
- Hourly charters start at the scheduled pickup time, even if you are late, and end when the vehicle drops off the last passenger. Time past your booked hours is overtime, billed at the hourly rate in 30-minute steps, and only if the vehicle and chauffeur are available.
- Extra stops or route changes you ask for during the trip may add time and cost.
4. Passenger conduct
- No smoking or vaping of any kind in any vehicle.
- No illegal drugs or illegal activity.
- No underage drinking. Guests 21 and older may bring their own alcohol where the law allows, only on trips with no one under 21 aboard. We may ask for ID.
- Seat belts must be worn where provided. Stay seated while the vehicle is moving. Nothing (heads, hands, bottles) out of windows or sunroofs.
- We never carry more passengers than the vehicle’s seats.
- Treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect. Our chauffeur may refuse or end a ride, without refund, if anyone’s behavior puts people, the vehicle or other drivers at risk, or breaks these rules or the law.
5. Minors, proms and quinceañeras
- Rides for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent, guardian or responsible adult, who agrees to these terms for the group.
- Absolutely no alcohol, drugs or smoking on any prom, homecoming, school, quinceañera or other trip with minors aboard. If any is found, the ride ends and the full amount is due. We may contact the booking adult.
- Parents provide any child car seats or boosters the law requires.
6. Cleaning and damage fees
- A $250 cleaning fee applies for vomit or other bodily fluids, large spills, glitter or confetti, or smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- Damage to the vehicle or its equipment caused by passengers is charged at the actual cost of repair, plus lost booking time while the vehicle is out of service.
- The person who booked is responsible for these charges for the whole group. We will share photos of the problem.
7. Lost property and luggage
- You are responsible for your belongings and luggage. Please check the vehicle before you leave it.
- Items we find are kept for 30 days. Call or text us to arrange pickup. Items left longer may be donated or discarded.
- We are not responsible for items that are lost, left behind, stolen or damaged in the vehicle or while loading and unloading, except when caused by our own negligence.
8. Delays and limitation of liability
- We plan routes with extra time, but we are not responsible for delays or missed flights, events or meetings caused by things outside our control. These include snow and ice storms and other severe weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, construction, police activity, airport or event changes, unexpected mechanical problems, or acts of God.
- For airport rides, choose a pickup time that leaves enough margin for the airport’s check-in and security times. We will suggest one, but the final choice is yours.
- If a vehicle breaks down, we will make reasonable efforts to send a replacement vehicle or arrange other transportation. If we cannot, you get a refund for the part of the service not provided.
- To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a ride is limited to the amount you paid for that ride. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, lost wages, hotel costs or event costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Vehicles and partner operators
We match each trip to the right vehicle from our fleet. If a booked vehicle becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable or larger vehicle at no extra cost. Some trips are provided by a trusted partner operator using its own licensed and insured vehicles and chauffeurs; these terms still apply.
10. Photos
We love seeing your celebration, but we will only post photos of you or your guests on our website or social media with your permission, and a parent’s permission for minors.
11. General terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be handled in Kenosha County, Wisconsin.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you book applies to your booking.
- Any special arrangement must be confirmed by us in writing (text or email counts).
